Dear Brides and Groom,
Covid-19 has changed the rules of our humanity for few months. We are sincerely close to the couples who are planning to get married this year and choose Ti amo Ti sposo Weddings to organise their special day.
The last few months has been a nightmare for the italian wedding industry, most of weddings until the end of May had been postponed to 2021/2022 or canceled due to Covid19.
Wedding have been impossible until June and the last update on the restrictions has been release the 10th of July.
Italy is ready to restart again and our government has planned a detailed strategy, that in the last months has been an example for the rest of the world.
GOOD NEWS: WEDDING CAN BE CELEBRATED AGAIN!
The new regulation in short (updated to 10th July 2020)
Here elow is a summary of the main points, which might slightly change or affect your previous arrangements:
In compliance with the general measures listed with the italian “Ordinanza n. 579 del 10/07/2020” and the protocols adopted for the performance of rites (religious and civil), the following additional indications constitute specific addresses for banquets in the context of ceremonies (e.g. weddings) and similar events (e.g. conferences).
- Provide adequate information on the prevention measures to be respected during the event.
- outdoor symbolic or civil ceremonies: the bride and groom and guests DO NOT have to wear masks. Guests who don’t belong to the same family must sit 1 mt from each other. Before entering the ceremony area, the venue’s staff must check the body temperature of each guest. If higher than 37.5 C the guest cannot be permitted.
- Keep the list of participants for a period of 14 days.
- Reorganize the spaces, to ensure access to the venue orderly, in order to avoid gatherings of people and to ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of separation between users. If possible, organize separate paths for entry and exit
- The tables must be arranged in such a way as to ensure that at least 1 meter of separation is maintained between the guests, with the exception of people who are not subject to the provisions in force to interpersonal distancing. This last aspect belongs to individual responsibility.
- Where possible, give preference to the use of outdoor spaces (eg gardens, terraces), always respecting the distance of at least 1 meter
- Ensure adequate cleaning and disinfection of the internal environments and any equipment before each use
- Guests they will have to wear a mask (when they are not sitting at the table). The service staff in contact with guests must use the mask and must carry out frequent hand hygiene with sanitizing products
- Self-service buffet consumption is not allowed. It is possible to organize a buffet mode by administering it by appointed personnel, excluding the possibility for guests to touch the above and providing in any case, for guests and staff, the obligation to maintain the distance and the obligation of use of the respiratory protection mask. The self-service mode may possibly be allowed for buffets made exclusively with single-dose packaged products. In particular, the distribution of food must take place with organizational methods that avoid the formation of gatherings also through a reorganization of the spaces in relation to the size of the premises; suitable measures (eg signs on the ground, barriers, etc.) must also be assessed to guarantee the interpersonal distancing of at least one meter during the row for access to the buffet.
